She created an environment with zero pressure, no assumptions and appears to be in a line of work that aligns nicely with her innate skills; at least from my experience with her. Whether it be via phone, email or face-to-face, Allie did a great job explaining finance options, clarified vehicle specs, embodied the mission of the dealership and made my entire experience a memorable one. If she didn’t know an answer she told me but brought in a partner to get me an answer. Andy from finance was also A+ and unraveled the complexity of the finance side of the transaction by simplifying terms and conditions. All of his preliminary numbers were spot on accurate even following my credit application and down payment- that is a first for me since I began buying cars in 2003. Before driving away I got to work with James in their business office (who was possibly a teacher in his former life) because the way he explained the loan and add-on features was detailed and concise. I’m not sure how a car dealership assembled this team but if they stick around I will definitely be back when my wife is due for an upgrade. Thanks for a wonderful experience. More
