Airbag Recall and tried to sell me tires and marker bulbs First off i want to say the service is excellent prompt and done when they say it will be. Also all the people i have talked to on phone or dealt with in person are extremely courteous as well. I have brought both my Outbacks in for Airbag recalls my 2004 and 2010. when i brought the 2010 in though about an hour after leaving dealership they called me to try to sell me a set of new tires which i do not need at this time, the tires on car probably have another 10,000 miles of tread left on them they are michelin premier LTX and have a unique tread design that may have made them think they are more worn than they really are.But even more unbelievable to me was telling me my marker plate bulbs are out and i knew they were not as i had recently checked them, and when i got the car back i checked them again and sure enough they both work. i wonder if they do this to other people? tell them they have bulbs out when they really are not and make some quick money off replacement when it is not necessary. i declined both the tires and bulbs on phone as i am more then capable of replacing bulbs myself if they really are out. and tires i can get much cheaper elsewhere. All in all i would recommend Center Subaru just watch out for the add ons! More

We knew we wanted a Subaru and had a terrible experience at our local deale We unexpectedly needed a car in December when one our two old-timers died. We knew we wanted a Subaru and had a terrible experience at our local dealership. We looked online and found a good price at Center, called to arrange a drive that night, and ended up with Allie. She was fantastic from start to finish. She stayed late to accommodate us, took us on 2 separate test drives since we had our toddler with us, and was just a generally nice person to deal with. So nice, we came back when our 2nd old-timer car died 2 months later. Allie was even better this time! I had a hard time making up my mind between a couple of cars and she graciously let us do a few test drives to work it out. I ended up spending a little more than I'd planned, but I ended up with something better than I anticipated. She was the perfect salesperson - answered every question honestly and knowledgeably, and didn't push anything on us. Thanks to our new purchases, we won't need to come back any time in the next several years. We cannot recommend Center (and Allie!!!!) enough! More
