Highly recommend Center Subaru to anyone interested in a new vehicle. This is my third time leasing and yet again had an excellent experience. The service department has went completely down hill. I brought my car for service one of them being a oil change when it was time I picked up the car and drive 600 miles and was low a qt of oil and my oil brought my car for service one of them being a oil change when it was time I picked up the car and drive 600 miles and was low a qt of oil and my oil was black like it was never changed and because of this my check engine light came on I called them and they came to pick up my car and looked at it. Some smart xxx called me telling if I want to fix my car which I told him yes three times, and every time he tried talking me out of it and telling me SOA is gonna ask for my ecu I told him I do not care I have no mods and nothing to hide he said kept arguing with me and finally I told him just leave my car alone I will be there to pick it up and go elsewhere. So I go to pick my car to bring it to a real Subaru dealership where they will open the claim if neeeded and fix my vehicle. I wasn’t going to write a review but on the receipt they gave me they said I refused the service meanwhile there shop Forman refused the work. And they said they will send info to soa. SOA will see my car was takin to real dealership with real highly trained techs that can fix my vehicle that center Subaru messed up because the incompetent mechanics can’t even do a simple oil change More
