It is not acceptable to have to wait for 5 weeks for an appointment. I brought the car in for a first service an a noise while accelerating. There loose bolts in the power train. Nothing personal ,but when I bring car for fixed, they damage my new 2024 GV80, break front bumpers brackets both sides and also left fender molding bracket, they repaint molding which is color not matchi damage my new 2024 GV80, break front bumpers brackets both sides and also left fender molding bracket, they repaint molding which is color not matching to car,also molding not sitting properly,they tell me,they can't do anything more,this is maximum they can.i ask them to fixed or please write this for me,sign and sand to my email.and after this they don write ,they don't sand me correct email.they sand me discharged email and they don't want to see my vehicle anymore in service. Had to wait 8 weeks to get windshield wipers/spraying repaired on my new Genesis. Had an appt. and still waited 6 hours. I was the very last person to leave. No one even showed me the lounge.
