A few days prior to contacting Genesis of Naples, I had contacted a dealer in NJ (where I am currently residing as a snowbird). That dealer did not have the courtesy to listen to what I was interested in contacted a dealer in NJ (where I am currently residing as a snowbird). That dealer did not have the courtesy to listen to what I was interested in (they wanted to up-sell me) and outright refused any vehicle price negotiation. I called Genesis of Naples, where Arlington respectfully repeated back every criteria I mentioned (vehicle as well as price requirements) and asked if I could give him 10 minutes before contacting another dealership. Within a few minutes he returned my call and met all my requirements. What different experiences between the two dealerships! I purchased the car from Arlington/Genesis of Naples within less than 1/2 hour over the phone. Easiest car purchase of my life. More

I had a great experience at genesis of Naples my sales guy name was Arlignton. He was pretty good professional and showed me around the dealership before purchasing my car. Then normally the paper signing guy name was Arlignton. He was pretty good professional and showed me around the dealership before purchasing my car. Then normally the paper signing takes forever but I worked with a woman by the name of Morgan. In case it’s more than one Morgan she has blonde hair and a southern accent. She was quick with the paper signing and explaining the terms and details while my car was getting cleaned…she got me in and out and they were busy..I recommend this dealership More

Arlington was very professional throughout the process and his response to questions was quick and courteous. Genesis of Naples was helpful with installation of additional options I wanted not originally and his response to questions was quick and courteous. Genesis of Naples was helpful with installation of additional options I wanted not originally included in my 2026 GV70 Prestige.
