Having had several negative visits for service I must comment that my last visit was much better. I was greeted by Ethan at the service desk immediately upon arrival. I noted that there was a large line comment that my last visit was much better. I was greeted by Ethan at the service desk immediately upon arrival. I noted that there was a large line of cars waiting to get serviced and assumed another long wait. My car was in for its first oil change, tire rotation and system check up. In a bit less than 2 hours my car was ready, despite the long line of cars. Ethan was polite, professional and notified me immediately after my car was done. This good customer service is what is expected from a brand like Genesis. More
