Once you get an appointment it has very nice (multiple) waiting rooms with a coffee maker and snacks. They are a little overbooked and we have had to wait well beyond the appointment time (overnight) for t waiting rooms with a coffee maker and snacks. Despite that they were able to quickly get us in for the recall service. I only gave it a 4 because they underestimated the workload to fix all the recalls. More
