The dealership experience was professional and streamlined. I was able to freely test drive the same model that I inquired about. No time-wasting exercises, manipulating tactics, upselling, or other notorious aspects of the car dealership experience. A little bit of dealer fluff in the added fees but nothing too egregious. Of the 4 area Genesis dealers I have available to me in Northern New Jersey, I prefer the service department at Genesis of Englewood. Although at times it is not possible to connect or receive a prompt ca Northern New Jersey, I prefer the service department at Genesis of Englewood. Although at times it is not possible to connect or receive a prompt call-back from my service advisor, overall, the courtesy and attempts to accommodate my servicing needs seem to be more genuine than the other dealers Also, I have never had an issue that Englewood has not been able to resolve to my satisfaction. This is most important. They deserve my business. More
