I had a really good experience at the dealer until the service was complete. It took more than one hour between the time Jason told me that the work was finished and the time my car was returned to me. Th service was complete. It took more than one hour between the time Jason told me that the work was finished and the time my car was returned to me. The unacceptable delay was unexplained as I continued to wait for the car. I watched guest after guest enter and leave the dealership before I finally got my car. More
