I initially set out to car shop and find the vehicle I wanted, regardless of where it was from. The whole process felt straightforward and honest, which aren't always the ways a car dealer will leave you feeling. In the end, I assigned a value to this and opted not to shop around many different cars at different dealers and purchased my car here. From this point, I moved forward in the transaction with Jeff who was helpful and thorough in our communications and ensured that everything that needed to get done was done so that we could finalize the purchase on the day we planned.
