Terrific experience. I had an issue with my car but john went over what was the problem and booked me an appointment the following week. It was fixed within 2 hours at no I had an issue with my car but john went over what was the problem and booked me an appointment the following week. It was fixed within 2 hours at no charge. Very happy with my experience here. I will be revisiting for my future genesis needs! More

Jeff is Outstanding and made our transaction incredibly easy. Found the car online, he sent additional pics as requested. I asked him to personally look it over and it was exactly as described - car was pe easy. Found the car online, he sent additional pics as requested. I asked him to personally look it over and it was exactly as described - car was perfect!! Went down a few days later, he had all the paperwork ready, and we were in in out in about 40 minutes. Sat with Matt in finance and he offered us all the extra packages but wasn't pushy at all. Clinton came over and introduced himself and thanked us for coming down. Dealership is very nice and professional. This is our 4th Genesis, we have worked with multiple dealerships before, and they have fallen way short - not Englewood though - top notch all the way through!! Don't hesitate to purchase from them, honest, accurate and efficient. More
