I had been trying to get a few recalls fixed on my vehicle. I had been to several dealerships and had no luck. I even had one appointment that i scheduled on the Genesis website and they still could n vehicle. I had been to several dealerships and had no luck. I even had one appointment that i scheduled on the Genesis website and they still could not help me. I went through Genesis of Kansas City and they made the entire process seamless and painless. I am taking my vehicle back for maintenance on Wednesday. They provide excellent service and accommodate all of my needs. More
