I’m extremely frustrated with the service I received.
I called a week in advance specifically to arrange a loaner car while my vehicle was getting an oil change, and was told it would be taken care of. W
I called a week in advance specifically to arrange a loaner car while my vehicle was getting an oil change, and was told it would be taken care of. When I showed up, I was suddenly told no, which completely contradicts what I was told before.
What makes this even worse is that you offer valet service. If I had been told the truth, I wouldn’t have had to come in at all—you could have simply picked up my car. Instead, I had to go out of my way to drive to the dealership for no reason.
On top of that, I was told the service would take about an hour, and it ended up taking 2.5 hours. This shows a complete lack of communication, organization, and respect for my time. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
