My sales rep, Juan Gonzalez was very helpful and easy to work with. Billy in the finance department was also very helpful and easy to work with. He wanted me to sign a document that wasn’t even binding to show that I was committed before talking to the finance team. I explained to the manager that I’m in agreement with the price and my signature was not needed just so I could talk to finance. He almost cost the dealership the sale. I’ve purchased over 10 cars in the last twenty years and never heard of this. It wasn’t until I said I would leave that he agreed to let me talk with the finance department. Sales and business is about relationships, and this sales manager is not a relationship builder. Although I’m happy with the car and the sales person, Juan, I will have a hesitation to buy another vehicle if I have to deal with that sales manager. More
