the waiting area is uncomfortable. Security Tire lugs were not provided until their absence. It was stated via kia and all my documents that I purchased the car on the 4th, I personal Security Tire lugs were not provided until their absence. Their service advisors are not good at communicating simple things like oil changes when your free ones expire without you knowing so you can use them. Nor do they offer information as to what an oil c simple things like oil changes when your free ones expire without you knowing so you can use them. Nor do they offer information as to what an oil change consists of other then oil and filter. They charge way too much, close to $150.00 to rotate tires, change oil and add 2 additives maybe they add wiper fluid but for 150 you should be topping of ALL FLUID. More
