Nice people, work done on time except for parts expected in for a recall fix. However, the software updates removed all my system’s current settings back to the ones of previous owner of the car. Also, t in for a recall fix. However, the software updates removed all my system’s current settings back to the ones of previous owner of the car. Also, the radio station I usually play listed the name of the song and artist on the screen and that went away, too. I haven’t been able to find a way to get it back. More

This was a terrible experience and we will not purchase a car from Kia or Gay ever again. I was given false information about free oil changes and tire coverage. I was then only given the price of a new tire car from Kia or Gay ever again. I was given false information about free oil changes and tire coverage. I was then only given the price of a new tire without factoring in labor, tax or oil change. Total scam. I would have never come to the dealership for these services but they were supposed to have been covered. It’s also incredibly unprofessional to talk about other employees. It shouldn’t matter who sold me my car. I was promised services, told a price and amount of time it would take. None of those were honored. More
