Thursday I brought my Blazer in for tires losing air. (Front driver & rear passenger)Was informed that they were plugged and good to go. Thursday evening front tire was back flat. Brung vehicle back Friday morning for warranty tire work. Had to advocate for my self and request a tire thru my warranty as I had been here prior and the plug didn't work. Was informed they found a third puncture in tread with no visible cause. Warranty kicked in Tire had to be ordered. So a donut was mounted I picked up my vehicle both rear windows were rolled down. That's not how I left my windows when I dropped my vehicle off. 2 lug nuts were missing from one of my tires. Reached out via text portal. Received no response. Had to ride that way until Monday when my tire came in. Called to inform Hannah of my lug nuts missing. She informed me that it was a 'given that it would be replaced' as if she had communicated that with me. My experiences with gates are progressively becoming less than the standard that I have become accustomed to at gates. Prior which was my last experience having a radiator replaced and caliper replaced which was warranty work as well; my head light was unplugged and left unplugged I called to see how much I'd be charged to have the bulb changed was told 130 for labor not including the bulb. I took my blazer to another shop and I didn't need a bulb my head light had been unplugged. Honestly my trust is gone in this establishment. I'm not sure if this is blatant or carelessness either way it costs me time and money. More
