He made suggestions and recommendations, was very knowledgeable with all the features of the Elantra we were looking at. He was very welcoming and was not like some of the snooty or pushy sales people I have come across at other dealerships I choose not to do business with. Between John & the business manager Keith Brecher they made something happen that I wasn't sure was do-able. Walked in on a Monday night, drove off with a new car Friday night just before the long holiday weekend. Perfect timing!
