Bait & Switch I built a vehicle on the Hyundai website for a AWD. I received an e-mail from Gary Rome. The price was very good so I went into the dealer. Gave e-mail to salesperson, he said this car is not an AWD and that an AWD would be thousands more. I was very upset that the e-mail was a bait and switch just to get me in the door. The salesperson and the sales manager stated that this is a Hyundai problem and was not their fault. I DO NOT believe them. Either way this is VERY BAD customer service. This is why NOBODY likes or trusts car dealers. More
