Awesome! I have always had great service at Gary Rome, but on Friday it was over the top. I drove in and was immediately greeted. I was escorted inside to chec I have always had great service at Gary Rome, but on Friday it was over the top. I drove in and was immediately greeted. I was escorted inside to check in. I was going to wait for an oil change, but was told there was also a recall. The work could take up to 2 hours. I was told that I could reschedule the recall work if I didn't want to wait so long as the recall wasn't a safety issue. I decided to have the work done, and I was told that they would try to speed things up, The new facility is awesome. I visited the restroom which was state of the art. I stopped at the refreshment center and was happy to get a cup of coffee and a muffin, as I didn't have breakfast. Wow, there was even a refrigerator with bottled water and a basket of fresh fruit, really nice. The waiting room was large and welcoming. The time went by quickly, and I was really happy when only after only 1 hour, I was told that my car was ready. Unbelievable, my car was washed and vacuumed, and there was even a bottle of water in the cup holder. All of the staff were very professional, nice and helpful. I actually look forward to my next service appointment! All I can say is WOW, Exceptional service. Thank you More
