Came across one here at Gary Rome Hyundai in holyoke, and shot them an email. Let me start off by saying they responded right away with my request for pictures instead of carfax's digital. I went in later that day and had John Linnehan as my sales consultant. He and i clicked very well. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get the best deal and even accommodated fixing a slight dent in it at my request, due to my slight OCD. He was honest patient and straight forward, he always answered my texts and questions that I had. I have never been treated so great at a dealer ship! Keep in mind they don't only have Hyundais. And if u want a great sales rep who is also a shark diving, comedian, John Linnehan is your guy. More

Worth the drive! My husband and I had been in search of a 2019 Kona Ultimate vehicle and with no luck at our local Hyundai dealership we extended our search further ou My husband and I had been in search of a 2019 Kona Ultimate vehicle and with no luck at our local Hyundai dealership we extended our search further out and found Gary Rome Hyundai. This location was two hours away from our home, but after talking to Vanessa Williams and Maria LePage, the Sales Consultant, we felt that they would be great to work with and decided to make the drive. When we arrived, the car was sitting in a beautiful garage bay and Maria gave us a very thorough walk-through, as well as a test drive. We fell in love with the car and decided to buy. We sat down with Keith Brecher the Finance Manager who was also great to work with. There are so many impressive things about this dealership - the size and choices, how immaculate it is - but honestly the best part was the friendliness and willingness to help and bring us in as new members of the Hyundai family. Maria was extremely thorough in her explanations of the car and helping us to set up all the technology associated with the vehicle. We were offered food and drinks and even had our picture taken with the owner Gary Rome and the mascot Jack. We highly recommend this dealership and Maria as a sales consultant! Terrible place to do buisness with I was in the market to lease a hyundai tuscon. I called and spoke to the Kevin ( one of the salespeople) regarding the current deal I had at another I was in the market to lease a hyundai tuscon. I called and spoke to the Kevin ( one of the salespeople) regarding the current deal I had at another local dealership. I told Kevin I would be signing the paperwork today and could he beat this deal. After speaking to the sale manager he said he could not. I then asked him about the 2500.00 check that they state they will pay if they cannot match or beat that price. He explained to me what I needed to do. The next day I call back and spoke to another Kevin (sales manager) re: the signed lease paperwork of exact deal that I told the salesperson person about. Kevin the sales manager then tells me to come in and he will give me the same deal. He actually wanted me to void the deal that I had with the other dealership just to get the same deal. I told him I did not feel comfortable doing this. Honestly I was shocked he was asking me to do this. He also would not pay out the 2500.00. Ive had many leases in the past and never got a good quote from Gary Rome - this was actually the first time I followed up re: 2500.00. This is not a dealership you want to do buisness with.
