In Albany should something go wrong they have 15+ master mechanics. This location only has two who are over worked & stressed. My daughter failed her inspection over a week ago due to the windshield wiper motor not working which is covered under her warranty & and a safety issue. She was ticketed on 1/4/24 for an expired inspection sticker while waiting on Kia. Her 2020 Kia sat at the dealership for days unlooked at. They also refused a loaner vehicle in the interim. Repeated calls to the Service Manager, Sales Manager, & owner left unanswered. Two years ago her transmission died while driving on the Northway. Thankfully she was able to get off to the side of the road without getting killed. The 2020 Kia transmission had been recalled, and no notice was sent out. We always prefer to give our business to local dealers. This dealership does not care on a level that is staggering. They will sell, sell, sell, and have a large sales team. The mechanics to support the sales are sorely lacking. Be warned. Please share. Thank you. More

I cannot say enough good things about him or the dealership, including manager Adam. This was my daughter’s first car buying experience and I’m glad Nathan was able to assist her with that process. From the moment we walked in the front door until the moment she drove off the lot in the new (to her) Honda Civic she had a very positive experience. Nathan explained the process every step of the way and made sure she was getting everything she wanted in a car as it’s a very big investment. Nate and Adam made the entire financing process so quick and easy that we decided to finance with the dealership instead of our credit union who had already given her pre-approval. Nate even stayed late to help us setup her apple car play and Bluetooth in the car, as well as give us a thorough rundown of every feature in her car prior to her driving off the lot.
