Update 1/19/2024 I called Tom Belden on Monday and told him I was thinking about trading my lease early (approximately 1½ years early lol) to upgrade from a 2022 Sorento to a 2024 Telluride, ended up going him I was thinking about trading my lease early (approximately 1½ years early lol) to upgrade from a 2022 Sorento to a 2024 Telluride, ended up going in yesterday (Friday) afternoon and finalized this morning/afternoon (Saturday). Again, just as I expected with this team, it was a very straightforward, stress free, pressure free, process working both with Tom as well as Adam Schroeck in finance. This is definitely the dealership to go to if you want an easy car buying experience with personable people. This dealership really does everything they can to not only earn you as a customer but also keep you as one. Unlike other dealerships, they don't play the childish games, they are totally straightforward and don't try to intentionally take advantage of you like some of the other dealerships a little farther south. I drove 45 minutes North to go to this dealership when I could have went to another one only 25-30 minutes away because of the way they treat you here. If you're considering a new or used car, definitely give this dealership a shot, I don't think you'll regret it. More

In Albany should something go wrong they have 15+ master mechanics. This location only has two who are over worked & stressed. My daughter failed her inspection over a week ago due to the windshield wiper motor not working which is covered under her warranty & and a safety issue. She was ticketed on 1/4/24 for an expired inspection sticker while waiting on Kia. Her 2020 Kia sat at the dealership for days unlooked at. They also refused a loaner vehicle in the interim. Repeated calls to the Service Manager, Sales Manager, & owner left unanswered. Two years ago her transmission died while driving on the Northway. Thankfully she was able to get off to the side of the road without getting killed. The 2020 Kia transmission had been recalled, and no notice was sent out. We always prefer to give our business to local dealers. This dealership does not care on a level that is staggering. They will sell, sell, sell, and have a large sales team. The mechanics to support the sales are sorely lacking. Be warned. Please share. Thank you. More
