But electric cars, not gasoline! I just bought a Kia Soul EV from Matt Frye. This is my second electric car. My first one was bought from a dealership that was “certified” for electri I just bought a Kia Soul EV from Matt Frye. This is my second electric car. My first one was bought from a dealership that was “certified” for electric cars, and they were very unknowldegeble about electric cars and would had rather sold me a gasoline vehicle. So I was going onto Garvey with low expectations. But Matt actually had knowledge of electric cars and talked positively of them. (Most dealerships don’t like to sell electric cars as they don’t require much maintenance from their service centers.) Matt shared with us all the training they’ve received from the company about electric cars. That is so great to hear!! Thank you Garvey for being a part of this electric car movement. And thank you Matt for such great service!! I’d recommend anyone and everyone to go see Matt!! Great service! Great car! LOVE my Soul EV!! Buy electric!!! Thank you!! More

Stay Away!! We had an engine recall and went to this dealership without researching them, strictly for the convenience of proximity to our home. They stated a t We had an engine recall and went to this dealership without researching them, strictly for the convenience of proximity to our home. They stated a target time of three weeks to complete the installation, they actually had the car for around 10-12 weeks. Shortly after that we started experiencing what we thought were engine problems.Being on the road in western N.Y. we brought it to a local Kia dealership out there. They ran the codes, found ground bolts missing, unplugged connector causing manifold code, bent pins and lots of green goop on the transmission. their opinion, probable tranny issues occurred during engine installation, recommending a new transmission harness. They even called Garvey Kia and spoke to their service dept. regarding what they found. Bill $225.00. Response from Garvey, none. After much time on the phone and 2 mths later. Garvey Kia has taken no responsibility, shown no concern, wants to charge us to run codes on the vehicle and has not refunded our money. Kia corporation refuses to get involved. Amazing!! overall...... Very poor service,.....NEVER AGAIN! Buyer Beware!! More
