Worth the trip When I first started looking for a new vehicle, I knew Kia was on my list. I only knew of two other Kia dealerships in the Capital District, and I was uncomfortable purchasing a vehicle from them, so I traveled about an hour up to Queensbury. I never regretted my decision. The dealership has a family feel. Everyone worked together to answer questions, explain things, and look for what I wanted. Claude Middleton was extremely helpful in showing the car, and following up regularly to see if I had any questions. I never felt pressure to make a decision, only the desire to help me make a decision. If that decision wasn't a Kia, that would have been ok too. It was this attentiveness, in addition to the great vehicle that convinced me. Other dealerships I visited didn't even call me back after multiple messages.
