I stopped in on 6/23 and the ever so unhelpful service tech said no one can look at my car until 7/5. I said "you must be kidding". He simply stated "hard to believe isn't it". I am very easy going, but it was obvious no one cared. Two other managers were standing close by and no one responded. ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER! I have a very successful sales career for 30 years, because I always take care of the customer. Not my experience here!!! More

Chelle Prunkel accompanied me on the test drive, and during that ti Went to Garnet to check out a Jetta - a brand with which I was totally unfamiliar. Chelle Prunkel accompanied me on the test drive, and during that time she explained - in depth - the features/ benefits of the car. I'm a bit of a gearhead, and I think she sensed that because of the details provided - everything from the the construction of the body to the rear suspension. She also mentioned a detail which initially sounded like a trivia question but turned out to be significant from a safety standpoint - why the gas cap is on the right side of the car. As a retired salesman I appreciated her professionalism with her product, and it made the purchase decision that much easier! More
