Salesmen are sharks. Sold me an overpriced car with noisy suspension. They claimed they didn't know about the noises.... I didn't hear them during the test drive due to the salesmans incessant talking. Very disappointed to say the least as I am.a long time customer of 25 years....

Jen was a very friendly advisor. I brought my wife's car in because the check engine light kept coming on and off. Jen made sure that Garnet accepted Continental’s comprehensive warranty and gave me a heads-up that I might have to pay a $180 diagnostic fee if they didn’t find anything wrong. I decided to take the risk. The technician thoroughly inspected the engine, ran a full test to ensure there were no issues, and even took it for a second test drive to double-check. They eventually removed the faulty code. Jen was very apologetic that I had to pay the fee, but I felt reassured knowing that Garnet VW took the time to double-check the engine, confirming that everything was fine and the car was just being overly sensitive.

Shady dealership. My fault for only looking at bottom line numbers on the contract but they never showed me money owed or collected it at time of sale. Almost 2 months later they reach out refusing to file my title work and say i owe them moneys. Sadly dealer practice. Avoid this dealership!

I was the victim of a red light runner in mid December and lost my beloved VW Golf. I spent 3 painstaking weeks looking for a decent vehicle within my budget without having to finance. I would rather be physically hit by a car then deal with another car dealership EXCEPT for Garnet VW!! As soon as you request info, car dealerships blow you up!! My phone was ringing off the hook, text out the wazoo, and endless emails!! I stumbled up a gem at Garnet VW and requested email only. The following morning Steve, the manager, emailed me and we corresponded throughout the day. Not a single call or text!! I arrived that evening at Garnet and was handed the keys to the 2014 Kia Soul and told "take your time, you don't need a baby sitter". It was a breath of fresh air to not be forced in to small talk and a sign of respect. I'm sure if I was looking at a $50,000 new car things might have been different but it made a world of difference to me! I returned to a sales associate, Fran, showing me the ins & outs of the vehicle. Sat down with Steve and we struck a deal! As it was nearing the end of the night and dinner time, Fran brought out a variety of snacks & beverages while the car was being prepped and the paperwork completed. AND per request, they dug out a desk calendar for me! It was an absolute pleasure shopping with Garnet VW!!

Professional, courteous and friendly dealer. I got a new 2022 VW Atlas. I traded in my 2020 Ford Ranger. Everyone was nice and felt like they enjoyed their job. Paperwork was easy and seamless. Margot was very informative. I feel good about the purchase and the vehicle itself it amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good value.

Fran was great during the sales process. Once the sale was completed I have been unable to get any response back from finance. Calls, messages and emails go unanswered. If the phone is answered, a message is taken but I do notnhear back or I am told the are short-handed or too busy to answer my question.
