Jon Langdon took one look at my Touareg and said, "I see the problem from here". He reached up under the front fender to confirm that the controller was installed upside down. He promptly fixed the problem and could also speak in detail about the issue. We were so impressed that we bought an Audi and been coming to Garber ever since. More
