Love my Audi! I had many interactions with Lidia while I was trying to decide on the right car for me. I was evaluating BMW, Lincoln, Mercedes, and Audi SUV's. I had a very specific list of needs that I wanted to have met. Lidia took the time to listen to me and me the features I was interested in and spent much time going through the vehicles I was test driving. She was never pushy or insulted my intelligence and always very responsive whether it was email, phone or in person.. Also, many dealerships, when I brought my husband with me to look at the cars I was considering, would completely ignore me and start talking to my husband as if I was not the one making the decision or was even involved in purchasing the car. Lidia was amazing and talked to us together but recognized I was the one purchasing the car and my husband and I are a team so we always consult with each other. THANK YOU!! Lidia also took time to tour us around the shop where we would have service done. From the dealership perspective I loved everyone. They were all helpful, never pushy very personable. Other dealerships should follow the model they have going on. They really know the right way to sell a car! More

Initially, we walked in wanting an older model and set up a time to test drive the following day. David called us in the morning informing us of a recall that would put a delay on our purchase. He didn’t want us to come in and waste our time since the one we were looking at wouldn’t be available. Normally dealers would have still had us come in and try to sell us something different. So that was a nice change! We ended up going in anyway to see what our other options were. David spent a lot of time with us and explained everything. He was available to answer all the questions we had after we left the dealership. David was super low pressure and we had a great experience. He was super easy to talk to and work with. I highly recommend this dealership and David. More

Well worth the drive! I just picked up my new Audi A4 from Garber Audi Rochester, and could not have possibly been happier with the experience. I contacted the dealership through CarGuru's website. David McAloose immediately responded to my inquiry and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. David and his manager, Ken Mariotti were very knowledgeable about the product, located a car for me (manual transmissions are not exactly in plentiful supply these days), negotiated a good price and gave me a very fair number on my trade. Audi Rochester is a two hour drive from my house, but they were so much easier to deal with than our local Audi dealer that the drive was not even a consideration for me. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, they were understandably busy because it was a Saturday afternoon, but we were well taken care of. The showroom itself is beautiful and had all the amenities one would expect in a modern dealership. Ryan Dwyer, the finance manager, clearly explained all the paperwork and David gave me a very thorough explanation of the car's workings. Ken periodically checked in with us to make sure all was going smoothly. All in all, dealing with Audi Rochester was the car buying experience as it should be. I will not hesitate to buy my next car from them, and to recommend them to anyone i know in the market for an Audi. Thank you all again. More
