My experience of buying a new Audi A3 at Rochester Audi. I enjoyed working with Audi Rochester sales staff very much. They were trying very hard to find a certified used car which fit my preference. When there was no certified car close to my need, they were willing to work with me on a new car and came up with an offer which was close in price with a comparable certified used car. I am also very happy with the access the sales person, David McAloose before and after the sales. The Audi Rochester Service department is also highly recommendable. The European feel of the dealership is something I've never experienced before - very clean, modern, open floor plan, and it caters to professionals. The car I had been dreaming about was finally available in the specification I wanted. Lidia was awesome! She was extremely nice, professional, courteous, patient, etc. On the Finance side Ryan was great. He didn't B.S. me. Candor and honesty are two very important qualities I look for when conducting any type of business. Audi's are wonderful vehicles and in a lot of cases they will sell themselves. However, the people you work with throughout the Sales process have to be nice, respectful, talented, and hard working. Found my Perfect car!! Me and my husband had been wanting to buy a car for me for a while, but we never managed to agree on which car should we get for me. After an entire month of searching, going over every brand out there possible. One night, Audi came across my mind. The very next day, we went to our local Audi dealer, and meet David. David is very knowledgeable and very nice. My car is just there waiting for me to take it home. On the same day, we managed to get all paperwork done, get my Audi A3 ready, and I drove my car home that same day. and the best part is, David got me a very sweet deal on the price. I just cannot be happier! Even after i purchased the car, David still do follow up with me, and remind me he is there anytime if I need or have problem with my new Audi.
