Garber Porsche Service tries really hard, but it seems a buggy Porsche just can't be debugged! This time, upon first and second contact to Tim to find someone to sell us an Audi, there was no response. Finally, Danelle Hetrick pointed us to David McAloose who proved to be very helpful and knowledgeable and -- lacking a model to test -- we took a chance and bought our third TT. Garber Audi Service treated our first two TTs very well (but for a new battery which was labeled backwards) -- hopefully, the electronics of #3 is more reliable than the Cayenne's. More

Easiest Car Buying Process Ever I visited Audi of Rochester and ended up meeting Dave. I’de driven the A5 before so Dave let me take the A6 on an overnight test drive so my wife could check it out as well. We both loved it. Dave got me setup with the best deal possible on a close out 2018 A6 that’s perfect for my family. Dave is super easy to deal with and made the process as smooth as butter. Great salesman. Well worth the trip I drove in from out of town to Audi Rochester to test drive a pre-owned A6 and S5 after doing the same at a local dealer. I had no intention of purch I drove in from out of town to Audi Rochester to test drive a pre-owned A6 and S5 after doing the same at a local dealer. I had no intention of purchasing that day but ended up making a return trip that evening to pick up a pristine 2016 A6 due to the hassle-free buying experience. David's knowledge and thoroughness throughout the entire process was very impressive, as was his follow-up with my questions the next day. I will certainly make the trip again when I'm ready for my next Audi! More

My S7 experience A few months back I contacted David McAloose inquiring about a used S7. At the time David said there were none available. But David said he would inform me if one becomes available. I was driving a 2013 S6 so I wasn't in a big hurry. I did purchase the S6 from David and had a great experience which is why I contacted him again for my next car buying experience. On a Saturday morning a few weeks back David emailed and said we just got a 2016 S7 in. He gave me the specs and 3 hours later I was at the dealership. Feel in love with the S7 (hard to believe because I loved my S6). In a situation like this the dealer really has the upper hand. They know I want the car and could play hard ball. But not David or Garber Automotive. In the end I had my end goals around car price and trade-in and ended up really happy with where we landed. That says a lot about Garber and David. I will most definitely make my next car purchase with David. In addition to my car buying experience Garber's Service department is the best around. I've owned many cars and worked with many service departments over the years and Garber Audi out of Rochester is the best around. I actually look forward to those appointments.
