My 5th Audi from dealer...NOT my last! Recently, I went back to Audi Rochester to purchase my fifth Audi. I have to give a HUGE kudos to David McAloose, Audi Brand Specialist, Ken Mariotti, Recently, I went back to Audi Rochester to purchase my fifth Audi. I have to give a HUGE kudos to David McAloose, Audi Brand Specialist, Ken Mariotti, General Sales Manager, and Ryan Dwyer, Business Manager and Compliance Guru. All three of these gentlemen went out of their way to find the exact car that I wanted - a 2014-2016 certified S5. My quest began a month prior, when I first reached out to David, based on online reviews I had read about him (just google him, and you'll see what I mean). From the very outset, he took the time to meet with me one-on-one, very patiently took detailed notes of my very specific list of requirements, and got to work immediately. After a couple of prospects got snapped up by other enthusiastic buyers, David and Ken took it upon themselves to find me the car that I wanted. Then, the next day, David texted me to tell me that they had found my car: a glacier white S5 premium with black optic package, all of the amenities I had wanted, low miles, and in absolutely perfect condition. I had found a really good rate through my local credit union to finance the car, and Ryan found a lender who beat them, saving me money! All in all, all three of these gents worked in tandem to find me the car that I had wanted for quite some time now, and they made the whole process so easy, stress-free, and thoroughly enjoyable. The thing that makes Audi so special, in my opinion, is that they truly are different from the other luxury and mainstream dealerships. Prior to Audi, I hated going to dealerships because I had to deal with slimy salespeople who were more interested in gouging you for everything that you're worth. Not so at Audi - these are just regular guys who don't prejudge you based on how you look or what you do for a living - I find it very refreshing. You will actually enjoy talking to them because they really care. Everyone, from the ladies that greet you when you walk in, to the sales professionals, to the absolutely outstanding service department (special shout out to Zach and Danelle), is just wonderful.
