I was driving an A3 and was being proactive about figuring out what to do when my lease ended and she made sure I was aware of the Audi incentives on the A4 when I did not even think for a minute that an A4 was in my price range - she made it happen! I had a small issue with the aesthetics of the vehicle and did not notice until I arrived home but she and her manager Ken made sure I was taken care of and apologized and the vehicle is perfect! Best car dealership that I have ever visited When we went looking to replace our family car that finally died after 13 years of service at almost 230,000 miles, we went looking for a comparable When we went looking to replace our family car that finally died after 13 years of service at almost 230,000 miles, we went looking for a comparable or even better car. After doing some research, we knew wanted a car that can give a really good gas mileage as I have a long commute to work and a comfortable ride that is within our price range. We actually considered getting a certified pre owned car at first. We test drove a couple of CPO cars. We found them to be too expensive for certified pre owned. Then we decided to check out the Costco Ad that gave 8% off MSRP of the new Audi cars. We figured that it would not hurt us to do check it out. I called up Audi of Rochester first. Right off the bat, they were upfront with the prices of the car and offered several more Factory incentives on top of the Costco Ad of 8% off MSRP of all Audi Q5s. I called up several other dealerships in the lower NY and upper NJ areas for price comparison but a few of them were not so upfront with the prices and instead wanted me to go to the dealership first. That actually put me off as I didn’t have the time to drive around each dealership. When we got to the Audi of Rochester dealership last weekend, we were entertained immediately by Chris Wood, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He never pressured us into buying the car right away after he accompanied us when we test drove the Audi Q5. He put us right at ease and gave enough space while guiding us in making the right decision especially when we were choosing between 2 trims. We were also fortunate to have Kenneth Marrioti, the Audi Branch Manager on our side during this process. He and his finance team was able to get us the best rate available for our car financing. He explained all our options in details. He was very honest and respectful of our decisions when it came to choosing the different add ons. When it was time to pick up our new car, Allison Avery was able to break down all the car functions and explained it in a way that is easy to remember. She was very patient in answering all our questions, no matter how minute our queries were. In all my years of shopping for a new car, the Audi of Rochester offered me and my family the best car shopping experience! I highly recommend this car dealership to all my friends and family. More

My dad has had a few Audi's (bought through Audi of Rochester) and has loved them so after test driving a few Audi's (and a few other cars like Hondas and Volkswagen on the lot) I fell in love with the Q3.
