Trade In In July I went in with my Forester for a routine oil change. I had a lease and inquired how close I was to accumulating over mileage before my lease w In July I went in with my Forester for a routine oil change. I had a lease and inquired how close I was to accumulating over mileage before my lease was up. Reception directed to me to Valentia Craig in Sales. She looked up my information and informed me that I would need to trade soon. We briefly talked about my options and I decided to transfer to the 2015 Outback. That day I was in a time crunch and was only available for a short period of time to complete the transaction. Valentina was able to trade me out in less than 2hrs with no errors!!! She took care of everything and met my terms and condition. She put me in the car i wanted at the payment I could afford. Being a new model and only the 2nd they had on the lot, not all were trained with the new features yet. She took the time to trouble shoot, call Subaru directly and have a 45min phone conversation to answer my questions. Service was great and helped too. Jose in finance took care of my buy out quickly and correctly. All involved get a 5star rating with great appreciation to Valentina. I was so impressed that I had to get her a gift! More

My local dealer, Garavel Subaru, handled the paperwork perfectly, and Miles Shapiro became my shepherd through the process. As I had ordered a very specific car (the Launch Edition), I knew it would be a bit of a wait. Miles called me once a week to keep me updated on the status of my car - even calling me to tell me it had arrived at a port in Rhode Island a few days before I could pick it up. The delivery/hand-off to me was terrific - fast, efficient and upbeat. Miles understood that I had done my research, and as an owner of an '04 STi he knew I didn't need or want any long-winded explanation of how things worked. It was the best buying experience I've had in quite a while! More

We talked about most everything and I began asking questions about the Forrester. I was satisfied with Miles's presentation and simply decided to go forward with the purchase.
