This was the first time I had purchased a car on my own and Miles made the experience easy and painless. Once that stress was out of the way, Miles did everything possible to put me in the car that I wanted at a price I could afford. He kept in close contact with me at every turn and answered every question I had with thoughtfulness and completeness. He never seemed "salesy" or fake, and his demeanor was always one of a partner in this sale. The day I picked up my car was a fantastic day, which Miles knew it would be. Aside from being a great salesman, he was funny and personable and never made me feel inadequate about car buying. All in all, a fantastic experience. I have already passed his name to others who have commented on how much they liked my car, but more importantly, when I'm ready to purchase a new Subaru, I will not do it without Miles. More
