Had excellent service from Miles Shapiro who was curteous, friendly, helpfull and did not pressure us at all. We purchased a "no-frills" model that had to be ordered, but Miles was able to deliver it one month ahead of the four-month wait we had expected. When the purchase was completed and we picked up the car, Miles took us around to meet the service manager and the rest of management--and that was appreciated and inspired confidence that we would receive the extended care for whatever issues might arise. The agency itself is attractive, suggests efficiency, and eveywhere we met with courtesy. We would definitely recomment Georgetown Subaru to anyone, and for the moment are thoroughly delighted with the car itself. We think it will meet all our requirements and look forward to reliable service when required. More

We worked with him for over a month and in that time period he worked diligently on our case with the business manager Lou, and worked great keeping us informed every step of the way. He is the definition of what sales and service means, he truly set the bar high for anyone else. His poise under fire, his personable mannerisms, and his very convincing and persuasive tone made us not only glad to work with him but honored to recommend him to our friends. Lou was very patient with my financing application and made the paperwork very easy. The price was more than fair and I felt like I received a good value for my money. I have yet to have any service done so I am refraining from rating that aspect. Overall, I would recommend this dealership. It is evident that they respect their customers and take pride in the cars that they offer. More
I pre-ordered a new BRZ through Georgetown and everything was going fairly well. They didn't get the color I wanted in but I was happy with the alternative and both Miles and Cristian were plenty nice and re was going fairly well. I put down a deposit, signed a PO for MSRP+TTR. After more than a month of waiting (car hadn't come out yet when I ordered), I was finally told that it was going to come in that weekend. The weekend went by and no word. Finally on Wednesday, I was told that my car would be coming in that friday.... and they were going to add on $700+ in environmental charges, vin etching, and other pure-profit services to my car. When I complained, I was told that all the other dealers around are charging thousands above MSRP for this car, which made it necessary. I immediately contacted two dealers within 20 minutes of them who had the same car (in stock) at MSRP with no additional fees. I called and gave them one last chance, but they decided that the $700 was more valuable to them than the business of my family (who has previously bought a car there) and my negative reviews. The owner and manager who set the pricing exploited a loophole to be able to tell me that I was getting MSRP and slimily added charges right before delivery, knocking a month I could have been looking for the exact color I wanted. I hope that tiny bit of profit was worth it. More
