Joe Z. made the experience effortless a We just picked up our new 2016 Subaru Outback Limited today and the service at Garavel Subaru was phenomenal!! Joe Z. made the experience effortless and a pleasure. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He guided us through all the steps and acquainted us to the car. Jose, the business manager, helped us through all the paperwork very efficiently and professionally. We saw our previous salesperson, Jay, who got promoted to assistant manager, and he was friendly and helpful as well. The kids were entertained with the complementary food and free wifi. We were extremely pleased with the car and drove home happy. We won't be afraid to drive on snowy roads anymore come winter. Need we mention that this is the second Subaru we've purchased within 3 months, both from Garavel? We highly recommend anyone in the Tri-state area to visit Garavel. It's definitely worth the trip. Jason and I traded emails everyday for a week and I asked him all that I possibly could about the used Forester we wound up buying. His honest answers, not "salesman" answers, were what sealed the deal for us. By the end of the experience we trusted him. Same goes for Jose, who helped us with the closing. At the end of the day the entire experience was not stressful at all and we never felt like we were being pushed into a decision on anything. The people at Garavel were really a pleasure to work with and we look forward to working with them again! More

He definitely gave us the best price in the entire tri-state area. He also made sure we had everything that we wanted in the model that we bought – a Forester. He was very understanding when we arrived quite late due to traffic, coming up from New York City to pick up the vehicle. And then, I left my beloved sunglasses in our old car which we traded in. He searched thoroughly, found them and even offered to mail them to us! We would absolutely buy another car and work with him again . Jose Marin, also helped us secure the best financing for the vehicle. He and my husband went back-and-forth looking at many different ways to finance. And in the end he got us the best rate, even beat our credit union. More
