In March 2012, I traveled to Connecticut from NJ to purchase a new white WRX hatchbach due to difficulty finding one, which I am incredibly content with. I opted to pay more to have the 4 year registration taken care of which is the standard practice in NJ when dealing with the DMV. I returned to NJ with the car, to realize that they just transferred my old car plates to the new Subaru. These plates expired in June 2012 and then I had to go to the DMV, pay extra to get my new registration which is only a 1 year registration. This was supposed to be taken care of by the dealership. Asking the DMV about it, they told me I would have to contact the dealership, who probably just took the extra fee and pocketed it. I still have to renew my registration every year. While the buying experience was typical, the customer service given after the car was off the lot was atrocious. Every time I emailed both the salesman and the GM and received a response telling me they would look into it and contact me, which never happened. This dealership inst a bad place to buy a car, just don't expect much more after they have the sale. More

Overall a good experience. Saw the car on the internet and drove down to test drive and purchase. Some slight negotiations required, but in the end we came to a deal which worked for everybody. And he understood that this purchase was a huge decision for me. He never pushed and followed up meticulously. After I had bought the car and driven off, I couldn't align the back seats. Rushing back to the dealership in a panic, Keith Roberts from Service, who had heard the panic in my voice, came come out of Service, came to me and calmly explained that for every problem I had with the car, there was a solution at the Dealership. He quietly followed me to the car, and showed me a feature which allowed the back seats to recline. Push the button; align the seats. We were in the market for an Imprezza for our daugther, and we were most impressed with Georetown Motors over the other Subaru dealers we had visited. Especially as they were patient and assisted us with picking out the car that met our daugther's requirements as well as stayed within our budget. More

Edward was very helpful from the minute I arrived at the dealership. He was friendly and patient, answering my questions and giving me background information on the dealership and car makes and models I was dealership.
