We met Chaim in the used car department and found him to be no nonsense, no BS. We found one car we really liked and Chaim went to extremes to make the car as perfect as we liked, including installing leather seats for modest cost. The business side of the deal was handled equally impressive by Jose. We were pretty close to the end of the 30 day dealer warranty when we noticed a bubble in a tire. We knew it should be repaired but prepared for a challenge, but that did not happen. The service department was excellent, mad e few tweaks, gave us a new tire, and made us a very satisfied customer family. We will definitely come back here even though it is a 50 mile drive. More

Garavel Subaru exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in the door and one of the technicians opened the door for me as he was about to walk out, until I left on time, a couple hours later. The entire experience and atmosphere was relaxed, stress-free and actually enjoyable. Yes, enjoyable. There was no high-pressure sales pitch to purchase additional service for my 30K miles service. I explained what work I had done personally, and discussed my driving habits, miles driven per year, etc, and determined exactly what I needed done. The technician was friendly and actually took the time to listen to me and answer my questions on a couple warranty items. I never felt rushed by anyone, or that I was taking up too much of their time to answer my questions. Garavel is a long drive for me, and certainly not the closest dealer, but I am looking forward to brining my car back there for future work. it is well worth the trip More

I was a bit hesitant on the whole process, but Joe Zerbo was a pleasure to deal with - excellent, fast communication, and friendly. He worked with Tom to get me a great rate, great price, and a very fair offer on my trade-in. I even ordered a few extras for my car, which Joe made sure were installed before I picked the car up. The dealership was clean, and everyone from sales to service was friendly. I had been to a few other dealerships to test drive Foresters, and none of them seemed eager for my business. Joe and Tom at Garavel, however, were eager to please, and provided a great buying experience. They genuinely seemed like they wanted my business, and wanted me to be happy with my new car. Travis and I corresponded for a few days because I was out of town on business, and was quick to answer my questions. When I finally made it to Garavel Subaru Travis met me and introduced me to the nicest salesman I have ever met, Mr. Shawn Brown. I have bought plenty of cars from plenty of dealers, some good some bad, but Shawn stands out above the rest. After our test drive and a little negotiation I was sold. The vehicle needed two tires and Shawn was more then willing to add them into the deal even after we had settled on price. Had the experience ended there Garavel and Shawn would still get my full 5 star rating, but Mr. Brown was generous enough to take me to lunch whilst everything was sorted out with the car. Not only is he an excellent salesman but he certainly knows where to find a good burrito. Consider me a new customer for life. More
