I have to say, I had a fantastic surprise and excellent buying experience! From when I entered the very clean, modern, and young-feeling show room, to the very friendly greeting by our sales person, Trish Young. Everything was not Only very professional, but also very effective: presentation of the different car models, Q & A, come to the point! Our decision was easily made, and the deal got closed quickly. We felt home right away, and Trish made it happen. We (my business partner and I) were later on introduced to Mr. Marin to discuss finance, and we had an equally smooth experience there. To our total surprise again, the delivery date came much faster than we thought, and we had a very good delivery experience. Trish knows her product in and out, and we were sent on the road with the feeling that we knew it all. A nice detail was the VIP-kind of delivery. Car presented almost on a plateau which was a nice touch. Also the fact that Trish introduced us to the other important people in Service and the front desk. Thank you! I am sure it will come handy later on. Overall, my business partner and I had an excellent experience, and I would recommend Garavel Subaru and our nice Sales Person, Trish Young, anytime to anyone looking for a Subaru car. I ordered my 2015 Subaru Legacy from the factory which typically takes 8-10 weeks. I was periodically notified of updates as to when it would ship and arrive at the dealer.
