From when I entered the very clean, modern, and young-feeling show room, to the very friendly greeting by our sales person, Trish Young. Everything was not Only very professional, but also very effective: presentation of the different car models, Q & A, come to the point! Our decision was easily made, and the deal got closed quickly. We felt home right away, and Trish made it happen. We (my business partner and I) were later on introduced to Mr. Marin to discuss finance, and we had an equally smooth experience there. To our total surprise again, the delivery date came much faster than we thought, and we had a very good delivery experience. Trish knows her product in and out, and we were sent on the road with the feeling that we knew it all. A nice detail was the VIP-kind of delivery. Car presented almost on a plateau which was a nice touch. Also the fact that Trish introduced us to the other important people in Service and the front desk. Thank you!
