Great Experience! I came in to take a look at the Forester as it was on my list of suv's to check out. I was blown away by the service and help I received from Jason. H I came in to take a look at the Forester as it was on my list of suv's to check out. I was blown away by the service and help I received from Jason. He was able to answer all of my questions and I never felt pressured or in a rush to make a decision. I even went a looked at other cars on my list but knew I wanted to buy from Jason! I live out of state so the transferring of tags and registration was a bit complicated but the dealership handled it all. I was so excited to drive off in my brand new car and would not have had such a fantastic experience if it was not for Jason and the staff at Garavel. I love my new car and am very happy with my purchase and the dealership! Thank you so much! More

In the beginning I never thought I would find the perfect car and with the help of Jose Marin I finally found it. He helped me so much from the very first step that I took when I first walked into the clean office to the very end when I had the vehicle chosen. I felt very comfortable letting Jose help me out. For example, he took me through all the steps into getting a car. We flowed smoothly through the steps with no worries. He is a kind man with a big heart. I believe that without his help I would have been truly lost. I was worried until the first breathe that I took inside. In addition, I can't forget to also mention Miles Shapiro who was also there to help me. More

Joe Z. made the experience effortless a We just picked up our new 2016 Subaru Outback Limited today and the service at Garavel Subaru was phenomenal!! Joe Z. made the experience effortless and a pleasure. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He guided us through all the steps and acquainted us to the car. Jose, the business manager, helped us through all the paperwork very efficiently and professionally. We saw our previous salesperson, Jay, who got promoted to assistant manager, and he was friendly and helpful as well. The kids were entertained with the complementary food and free wifi. We were extremely pleased with the car and drove home happy. We won't be afraid to drive on snowy roads anymore come winter. Need we mention that this is the second Subaru we've purchased within 3 months, both from Garavel? We highly recommend anyone in the Tri-state area to visit Garavel. It's definitely worth the trip.
