Great dealership!! I looked around for cars for almost a month, knowing I had bad credit I avoided applying for a loan and the first dealer I did so with was so disgusti I looked around for cars for almost a month, knowing I had bad credit I avoided applying for a loan and the first dealer I did so with was so disgusting to me and treated me terribly. The second I walked into Subery of garavel they treated me as if I I had a million bucks in my pocket. Eddy was my dealer and he was AMAZING! He stayed honest with me and was very patient as we looked for the perfect cat for me! He helped get me an AMAZING deal and ridiculously LOW monthly payments! What's even better is that they called to check up and see how everything was going a few days after I left the lot! These people care about their customers no matter who you are, your credit score or income! If you go to this Suberu go see eddy!! More

Worked out great! I was in with my daughter last Friday to look at a used car that I had seen online. I told him I had a 2011 outback and was interested Jason Witkowsky met me as I entered the dealership with a warm welcome, and it didn't stop there. I told him I had a 2011 outback and was interested in a 2016. Without hesitation he told me about all the that had been made to the car. I was happy to hear to change the headlamp was easier and also the car has more power. When I picked up my car he again greeted me with a smile and unhurriedly explained all the paperwork and warranty's to me. He also set up my accounts on line and physically showed me how to operate certain electronic items. It was worth travelling from New York to Connecticut to purchase my new car. More

Buying my new 2016 Subaru Legacy This was my best new car purchasing experiences. I tend to be a slow decision maker and do a lot of research. Started in summer and bought in Septembe This was my best new car purchasing experiences. I tend to be a slow decision maker and do a lot of research. Started in summer and bought in September. Bob Fuchs was excellent in helping me pick the right vehicle for me including lots of test drives and wavering back and forth between the Legacy and the Outback including changing my mind a couple of time on the model until I finally settled on the Legacy. The price negotiations were very business-like and I feel like a got a fair price. I also paid attention on my many visits to the dealership in the way they handled customers overall. It was also a consistent and friendly experience. My cousin had recommended them a couple of years ago. I visited dealerships in my area and found this dealership worth the little extra drive. Post delivery, Bob checked in on me and helped me with a lot of little issues and giving of advice. On the service front, once I found the right service guy to talk to, I feel I am good. Don gave me some good advice and saved me a trip to Norwalk (Had a brand new car and tire monitor kept going off. Turns out I had managed to pick up a screw in the tire. ) If you are in the market for a new Subaru, I would heartily recommend this dealership and Bob Fuchs. He was very patient and consistent always helping me out and never pushy. Overall an excellent experience. More
