Couldn't ask for more I bought a brand new Subaru Forester and had a factory auto-start put in. I didn't know before the purchase that everytime I used it - it automaticall I bought a brand new Subaru Forester and had a factory auto-start put in. I didn't know before the purchase that everytime I used it - it automatically locks the doors - and opened the door it would shut off the car. Also, rather than have one key, I would have a key and a big fob too. I went to service to ask what we could do to change it. I was talking to one of the service guys. After telling the story, I said I was very unhappy. The boss, Gregg Catandella, came out of his office to where we were talking and said he heard me say I was not happy and he wanted to know why and what about. I explained it to him and he immediately offered to have the factory auto-start removed and an after-market one installed that would do everything I wanted - only restart if I stepped on the brakes, and only the one key. He said it would all be done without any expense to me and gave me a courtesy car the day they did the work. I have never, ever, had an experience like this. I never had to raise my voice. I never had to settle. I never had to be unhappy. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was awake! More

After the last $550 repair bill at Garavel, I decided it was time to get a new car. I walked from the service desk to the sales department, found Gus at his desk and asked for a trade-in estimate. Then Fumi walked by and recognized me. I had bought two cars previously from Fumi at a different dealer and was always satisfied. I had “short-listed” the Outback as a possible replacement, and after a test ride later that day with my wife, we struck a great deal. This was Gus’ first car sale ever! Positives: friendly, low pressure, excellent value. Areas to improve: minor error in the paperwork that had to be redone. I’ve had mixed feelings about the service department. I particularly dislike when a dealer adds on routine service items that are not specified by the manufacturer. What does the dealer know that the manufacturer doesn’t know? Clearly just an attempt to generate more revenue. I’ve had the same issue at other dealers, including my Porsche dealer, and it irks me. More
One of a kind Garavel is in a class by itself! It's the total package: beautiful showroom, kind, no-pressure salespeople (here's looking at you Jason W.), shiny wai Garavel is in a class by itself! We found the dealership to be aesthetically pleasing and professional looking first off and then we met our Salesman Dave Novik. He was very knowledgeable (it was amazing all the facts he knows about Subaru), persistent in getting us the car and very patient. Once we got our new Crosstrek, Dave ran through it with precision so that we were comfortable with everything in the car to drive it home. We also met Tom from Finance and Miles from Management and they were also very nice and professional. Plus, our experience with Jose Marin was exceptional and thorough. Rob & Juliet Kuhn More

Highly Professional from Start to Finish First visited Garavel last summer but my wife ultimately decided on a different make of car. However, I was so impressed with Bob Fuchs that I returned in March when it was time for our next car. The sales approach was low key without any pressure. Bob made sure I drove the model I was interested in and stayed after normal working hours to accommodate me. Once I decided on the car, the sales process went very smoothly. Bob made sure I understood everything about before I drove it off the lot. My experiences with Jose and Jason were also very positive. I highly recommend the Garavel dealership and Bob Fuchs in particular. Buy your next car from him! More
Rip offs everywhere I purchased a preowned 2012 outback from Garavel in 2014. Since that time, every time i have returned to garavel I have either felt like I am being ri I purchased a preowned 2012 outback from Garavel in 2014. Since that time, every time i have returned to garavel I have either felt like I am being ripped off for services and/or met with a very fake "friendly" attitude. Aside from the obvious over charging of parts and services, I have been told one thing on the phone, then told something completely different when I arrive. Had appointments scheduled only to find out they actually wrpte in the wrong day/time. They act like they have it all together but in my opinion this place is a joke. More
