Evelyn goes above and beyond with her level of customer service. I needed to trade in my lease for my 2018 Crosstrek and she made the process seamless. This is my third Subaru and second time working with service. I needed to trade in my lease for my 2018 Crosstrek and she made the process seamless. This is my third Subaru and second time working with Evelyn. I could not ask for someone with better attention to detail and so accommodating when it comes to a busy schedule. I worked with Fumi to round out an efficient and easy process of turning in my lease to lease a new 2022 Outback. I look forward to working with Evelyn (and everyone!) again in the future.
