She is, aside from being knowledgeable, very patient and honest. She makes us feel like she’s a member of my family. There’s no sales talk. She takes into consideration of all our questions, and tirelessly explains in detail to our understanding and satisfaction. We were a senior couple in our golden years. She communicates and keeps us well informed throughout the whole process of our order and delivers the vehicle a few days before the date she promised. The final price is exactly what she gave us without any hidden charges. She’s professional, polite and respectful, and on top, a trustworthy salesperson.
