Garavel has a wonderful service department who really cares. They go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy and understand the repairs. Staff are friendly and service is generally quick with very cares. They go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy and understand the repairs. Staff are friendly and service is generally quick with very little wait. Fair warning though -- fees/costs are certainly higher than other (non-brand) shops. More

I'm very pleased with the excellent service I received from Garavel Subaru. Evelyn got back to me right away when I inquired about the car I was interested in. I got an appointment for the following day, from Garavel Subaru. Evelyn got back to me right away when I inquired about the car I was interested in. I got an appointment for the following day, test drove the car (which was in beautiful condition), traded in my old Subaru and drove away in a new one the same day. Tom was great with arranging the financing. Couldn't be happier! More

This is my 3rd Subie and 2nd Forester all bought from Dave at the Garavel store. Dave is a great sales person. He is factual, fair on price and someone who is your advocate, especially during this weir Dave at the Garavel store. Dave is a great sales person. He is factual, fair on price and someone who is your advocate, especially during this weird period of time of short new car supply. I am also a big fan of the Garavel store. Across the board, I have been treated well by Garavel over a number of years across 3 different Subaru's. A key measure for me is service. You will find that the shop runs on time and holds to their appointments. I see no reason that I wont be back to buy #4 sometime in the future. :o) More
