I went here with little intent of actually buying a car, my 2017 Legacy with 127,400 miles was a gem, but I decided to cut bait and get a new Legacy (my 6th) after sitting with Dave for a while. Very fluid and pleasant discussion with zero pressure. It helped that Dave was new to Garavel as it did not feel at all like formula as he brought other pertinent experience to bear. I knew what I wanted regardless and Garavel had one (many in NY had zip). Dave made me feel comfortable to give up the old for the new (you should ask for him). Their new facility is impressive.
