It was truly the first car buying experience that I left feeling great about the entire process. Everyone we met was friendly and easy to work with. I recommend This dealership and Jay! More
Went in to see a Silverado advertised price was $24,800 I get there and he tells me the car was just taken in on trade and hadn't been even inspected or washed yet, (there was a bag of half eate $24,800 I get there and he tells me the car was just taken in on trade and hadn't been even inspected or washed yet, (there was a bag of half eaten chips on the rear bumper as he was showing me the truck) Truck was dirty, had dents on the passenger side, badly cracked windshield, motor mounts were bad as he rev the engine the whole engine shifted severely On the test drive but transmission was shifting pretty hard and I brought this to his attention and he said he would have the service department look at it before I took delivery Mention a couple times during the test drive there was a man yesterday that was about to buy the truck I was driving but was $30 away from his monthly ideal payment Halfway through going through numbers he pointed at a man in the waiting room and said oh that's him to buy the truck again. And they add a high dock fee, tried adding what they said was optional packages with LoJack for $700 and paint protection for $600 When I said I did not want those, he said if I declined he would give me way less on my trade in value of the vehicle I was planning on trading. Out the door price ended up being about $31,500 lol....... After almost walking out they dropped the price to 26.5k out the door. But he said on all those problems I mentioned earlier with the windshield motor mounts and dents would all be fixed before I took delivery of the vehicle, as well as the transmission would be ran through diagnostics and it would be replaced if the mechanics deemed it necessary. He would not put it in writing but wanted me to sign a buyer's commitment sheet up front and said when it was ready after the repairs if I didn't want it I could turn down delivery of the vehicle then. Literally said this piece of paper and signature mean nothing unless you have possession of the vehicle. Worst dealership I've ever been to..... Gerald Williams was the salesperson I was assigned, tries to act real calm until you try to get something in writing and then gets aggressive saying there's no reason for me to be difficult and overthinking this. Steve and David were great. Even with the current sellers market, they worked every angle possible to meet my family’s needs and wants. Easy, honest, fast and efficient. Our salesperson, Steve Lewis, was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the features of the Bolt EUV. I would definitely recommend him as the person to see about purchasing a new automobile. helpful in explaining the features of the Bolt EUV. Poor experience getting my car appraised here for sale. Was contacted by the dealership after submitting my car info to KBB online. Brought it in for an appraisal. Walked around the car together with one of the sales reps. We went back inside, and they asked for my keys to discuss the offer with the manager. Next thing I know, I see through my car's app that it's being driven at 60 mph in the parking lot behind the dealership. Nobody asked me if they could test drive it - I assumed they just wanted to do a walkaround or check the interior without me present. I certainly wouldn't have allowed anyone to drive 60 mph in a parking lot unsupervised. The best part is they park the car in a random area of the parking lot around the side of the building and can't figure out how to restart it, so I have to walk out and collect the car on my own. The sales manager gets out and tells me "your car doesn't like me." By this point, the car and I have something in common. I leave and follow up with an email to the general manager that never gets returned. I even send a second email to the sales rep to confirm that they gave me the right email for the general manager - that doesn't get returned either. Take your business somewhere else. The sales manager who decided to drive my car at 60 mph in a parking lot did leave me a voicemail, but not an apology. Just know you won't find any recourse if that level doesn't work out for you.
