Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. A little over an hour later the tech comes in and tells me the sensor in the back right tire is not working and that is why the light on my dash is on. I explained to him the light was not on when I drove the car in. He insisted that it was and wanted $136.00 to fix it. On top of that there was oil/grease on my center console, the tires did not have the correct amount of air in them, he tried to tell me I needed new air filters till I said I had just replaced them and then he admitted that they did not need it for another 7500 miles. When driving out of the dealership with the broken tire sensor it gives you a great big notice on your dash that the sensor is not working and you have to over ride it to get it to go away. Not something you can possibly miss. This dealership has had multiple owners and every time you bring your car in for service it is all new faces in the service department. This place gives Chevrolet a Bad Name.

Brennan was extremely helpful in communicating the repair needed on my truck. She was instrumental in helping me obtain a loaner while waiting for the part that was on a national back order. I recently had a fantastic experience with Brennan, my service advisor. She was a great communicator, keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle and the delay in parts availability. I truly appreciated her transparency and proactive updates. When it became clear that the repair would take longer than expected, Brennan helped me secure a loaner vehicle, which was a huge help. Her excellent customer service made a potentially frustrating situation much more manageable. I highly recommend Brennan and will definitely be back for any future automotive needs.

Seth did a great job on documenting and communicating my needs. He managed my expectations with recalls and service bulletins about my transmission.

John Diggs is a dishonest and rude manager. The dealership lost my tags and he lied about it. I leased a car from them. When I went to pick up my plates and tags, he initially told me they lost them and that I would have to go to the DMV to request new ones. After I insisted that he look harder, he messaged me on a Wednesday to tell me they found them. I got there on a Saturday to pick them up, but they only had the plates and gave me a photocopy of the tags. When I asked where the tags were, he told me he mailed them the prior Monday. However, when he messaged me on Wednesday to pick up the plates AND tags, he never mentioned this. It also makes no sense because they already knew I was coming to pick them up, so why would they mail them to me? I asked for a tracking number and he said they didn't have one and he got angry when I pressed him to explain how any of that made sense to me. He kept speaking over me and yelling in a very unprofessional manner. This dealership has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. There are numerous other issues I've had with this dealership, and I am finally writing a review and making a complaint with GM.

Professional service department. Met promptly and repair done in reasonable of time. Price was fair.
