Best service EVER! I recently got in a car accident which, unfortunately, led to my previous car (a Kia Soul) being totaled. I was very flustered due to the fact I, hone I recently got in a car accident which, unfortunately, led to my previous car (a Kia Soul) being totaled. I was very flustered due to the fact I, honestly, didn't need a new car; my credit was super low and now I'm forced to get a new one, unwillingly. I have always hated the process of getting a new car (hence why I had my first one for so long), so going to the dealership was a task. I had to travel to orlando the following Tuesday, though, so I needed a car ASAP. I met Ricky Bobby in the parking and told him my situation and immediately he showed me cars that were 1) in my price range and 2) not too easy on the eyes either! Lance, the financial manager and the general manager (I'm sorry I forgot his name) made sure I got the "best bang for my buck" alongside Ricky Bobby! I went in on a Tuesday and left with my car on FRIDAY!!!! So I was able to get my new car for my work trip! When I got there on Friday to pick up my car, they had all the paperwork ready, they had my 2015 Kia Optima cleaned and ready - all I had to do was sign!!! Thank you all so much, Galena Kia!! I will never get a car anywhere else:-) More
